Eligibility Guidelines​

At Jennings’ Heroic Mission, our goal is to support brave young heroes who are facing extraordinary challenges. To ensure we can make the biggest impact, children must meet the following criteria at the time of referral:

• Facing a Critical Challenge: The child has been diagnosed with a progressive, degenerative, or life-threatening condition.

• Age Guidelines: The child must be older than 1 year and younger than 18.

We’re honored to help light up the lives of these courageous children and teens. While we wish we could extend our mission to everyone, these guidelines allow us to focus our efforts where they are needed most. Thank you for understanding and helping us carry forward Jennings’ heroic legacy!

We accept referrals from:

• Medical Professionals: This includes doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, social workers, or child-life specialists who are familiar with the child’s journey.

• Parents or Legal Guardians: Those closest to the child who understand their needs and challenges.

• Family Members: Individuals with detailed knowledge of the child’s current medical condition and circumstances.

 

We rely on the insights and compassion of those who know these young heroes best to help us extend Jennings’ legacy and bring light to their lives.
